DINING ROOM
APPROACH
The primary goal was to display our collection of concert posters, while continuing to showcase a combination of vintage pieces, family hand-me-downs, sentimental items and new items to reflect our personal style.

BATHROOM
APPROACH
Gut and redesign the main bathroom to modernize, improve functionality and storage. Focus on minimizing costs, while still reflecting our mix of modern, industrial and vintage design aesthetics.
HIGHLIGHTS
Demo everything but the toilet to start with a blank canvas
Source Heath Ceramics tiles from overstock at a huge discount
Hexagonal floor tiles with grey grout to emphasize the shape
Black painted baseboards to modernize and provide contrast
Convert tub/shower combination to standing shower with bench
Custom DIY pipe and flange hardware, painted black, when we couldn’t source any
Sourced outdoor lighting fixture to get a moisture resistant fixture in black
IKEA LILLANGEN sink and cabinet with custom knobs to continue the black
accents
