I lead with inclusion and empowerment. This informs my priorities in both my personal and professional work.
I made a pivot to focus my career on inclusion. To make empathy and understanding the top priority, and build strategies for embedding inclusion into how people do their work. It was absolutely worth it. I loved the work I did and am proud of the impact it made, and is still making. It helped me grow both professionally and personally, and as an ally.
It also cemented my professional priorities and how I can help:
- Working for a brand grounded in values and doing purpose-driven, customer-facing work
- The opportunity to lead through collaboration, partnership, and influencing
- Driving customer engagement through creating inclusive experiences and brand storytelling
How I’ve engaged professionally and in my free time exemplifies this:
