CHALLENGE

Open first new franchise store with Alterra Mountain Company in key retail location. Transform a restaurant in a historical building, incorporating new store design strategy for the first time while maintaining and celebrating historical architectural details.

PROCESS

Collaborate with Alterra team to identify and blend brand design priorities
Create space plans and design plans to brief Alterra team and internal team to determine adequate fixture needs and align with assortment plan and brand strategies
Develop design solutions for all spaces in the store – apparel, footwear, accessories, fitting rooms, cashwrap, windows, graphics, production communication and media
Oversee conception, production and execution through to completion, working closely with architects, vendors and contractors
Work with buyers and field team to develop seasonal merchandising direction
